too much "they and us" attitude among staff of different departments and bullying attitude of staff (including top management) from profit centers towards support staff of cost centers. Top management of cost centers only keen to please the top management of profit centers, acceding to their demands and keen to show only how much they can save for the company without seeking to understand if it is workable on the ground. Also, nepotism at work in Singapore especially among the top management with practice of "robbing the poor to give to the rich"

Advice to Management

give up on the management which takes care of its own interest, performs cost cutting only for their personal benefits without much regards for welfare of the staff

Nice campus, gym, paid sick leave, maternity and paternity leaves

Cons

- there are some awful mangers and team leads (not all). - Some have no vision and leadership; and will suppress you if you bring up ideas that they don't understand. - safest way is to just follow their BS and pretend to work very hard .

Advice to Management

- being in office for 12 hours is NOT hard work - recognize talent that you have - Nope, our weekends are not yours!
