If you're looking to advance your career, this isn't the place for you. There are no promotions, training, or development. Working for a publicly traded company has a lot of inherent headaches compared to a private company, but they are all multiplied 100x by easily the weakest leadership team I've ever seen in my life. This place is a graveyard for career development -- stay away if that's important to you.

Some higher management can be difficult but lowers management tends to always be understanding

Swank office, monthly social, hybrid work and dog allowed in the office is a big plus
