      Terrible place to work

      Pros

The only good thing about this place is the employees you work with along with your team.

      Cons

Leadership is a major problem here, there’s no sense of direction in any department or accountability and if you think you’ll build your skills here, think again. There’s little to no growth opportunities. Projects and initiatives are constantly being changed every week to every month, so anything you’ve worked on basically becomes null because you have a serial entrepreneur as the CEO. So, it’s normal to feel confused and lost in your job role. The in office pushes being made mandatory AFTER agreeing to a remote-hybrid work life balance is the biggest rug pull of all. Being underpaid is normal here, even after being told that raises are “given” they are very selective. Prepare to not open a 401k either because you won’t make enough here to have one. The favoritism runs deep. Based on my experience, the vibes I got from this place was greed and being money hungry. Don’t let their mission of “serving God in all that we do” fool you. It’s a cover to justify their wrong doings.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you experienced strong relationships with your teammates. Our people and the way they support each other is something we value deeply. We also hear your concerns around clarity, consistency, growth opportunities, compensation, and trust. While we don’t agree with every characterization, we take feedback like this seriously because it helps us see where we may not be communicating well or executing with the level of alignment our team deserves. Regarding our return-to-office expectations, we recognize that changes to work location can be disruptive, especially for those who joined with a different understanding of our hybrid or remote approach. Decisions like this are not made lightly. We made the shift because we believe it best aligns with how we operate, collaborate, develop talent, and ultimately support the long-term survival of the organization. We also understand that this change will not work for everyone, and we respect the decisions individuals make as a result. On compensation and benefits, we aim to pay fairly within our stage and market, and we acknowledge there are areas we must continue improving, especially around transparency and consistency in how we communicate growth paths and reward performance. We’re actively working to strengthen goal-setting, accountability, and prioritization so teams are not whiplashed by shifting initiatives and so individuals can see how their work connects to clear outcomes. Finally, on our values, our mission and faith-based purpose matter to us, and we know they carry an expectation of the highest integrity in how we treat people. When we fall short, we want to hear it and improve, not dismiss it. We appreciate what you contributed while you were here and wish you the best in what’s next. If you’re open to it, we welcome feedback directly as well so we can learn from the specifics and continue to get better.

I truly love my job at LoadUp Technologies. I’ve always believed that you can thrive in a company with a strong, positive culture — and that’s exactly what I’ve found here. What sets LoadUp apart is its genuine commitment to its purpose, mission, and vision, while consistently embodying its core values. Leadership doesn’t just talk about these principles — they live them. The company truly cares about its employees, and that care naturally extends to the customers & partners we serve. One of the things I appreciate most is the cross-collaboration across departments. Everyone works together, supports one another, and contributes to shared success on a daily basis. It really feels like a true work family. We’re growing at an incredible pace, and it’s an exciting time to be part of the journey. If you haven’t considered LoadUp for your career, now is the time to jump on board.

A High-Expectations Environment That Truly Supports Growth

      Pros

My time at LoadUp has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. The opportunities and obstacles I’ve encountered have pushed me to grow not only as a professional, but also as an individual. Through every transition and new responsibility, I’ve felt fully supported by my team and leadership, which has made all the difference in navigating change with confidence. What stands out most to me is the culture. There’s a genuine sense of grace and understanding—people extend patience and support when things are tough—but that’s balanced with clear, high expectations and accountability. That combination creates an environment where you’re encouraged to stretch yourself while knowing you’re not doing it alone. I also deeply value being surrounded by colleagues who take pride in their work and are committed to doing their jobs well. That shared standard of excellence raises the bar for everyone and fosters a collaborative, growth-oriented atmosphere. For anyone looking to develop their skills, take on meaningful challenges, and accelerate their career, LoadUp provides a strong foundation and the support needed to truly excel.

      Cons

Fast-paced and high-accountability environment may not be for everyone: you’re trusted with responsibility quickly, which can feel overwhelming if you’re not proactive.
