What is the salary like at Macquarie Group?

Good culture with high performing individuals, great pay and decent benefits (could be better), hybrid working

Very competitive with an up or out culture, always having reorgs and laying off people which isn’t great for employee morale and sense of security

Egoistic and Inefficient Directors esp in India that ruined the whole business and teams here in India. HR is of no use as they play in the hands of Directors

Political, some divisions such as risk management are more about who you know and appearances rather that the quality of work produced. A lot of redundancies over the past 12 months that seem to be targeting random teams and trickled which has everyone on edge constantly
