Pros
1 day WFH
End of year bonus and some lil holiday bonuses.
Can offer you courses on their own dime (if you promise to stay after completion for a minimum of 2 years)
They almost never fire so pretty good job security for uncertain times
Cons
Not flexible
Low wages (relatively for the industry + positions)
Bad, unsupportive management.
I came here with a lot of hope and expectation for the future which it took barely 1.5 years to extinguish. Many employees are disgruntled with the way things are being handled now (in almost every department)
You can't really advance here so young, ambitious employees won't find something to do here after 1-2 years experience for their resume.
