Everything is good then office ,team and other perks like salary but work life balance is not smooth like you have to come 5 days a week and sometimes 6 according to the requirement. Like I havenot done 6 days a week but there are people who do .If the office can be hybrid or work from home it would be great

1) MTS and above people are so egoistic that if you speak to them your ideas they will take it up on there’s ego.
2) They can’t even provide better system to code.
3) They wanty you to work 7AM-11PM and will pay for 3 hours :)
4) And, BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT culture.

2. Too much focus on people management, rather than producing quality product.
3. From a tech first org, in couple of years has changed to tech last org.
