The kitchen can make you work up quite a sweat during the summer!

Generally, the staff is kind. It is a restaurant, so there will be the same struggles that every restaurant faces, but overall the staff does their job and works as a team.

The company does not pay their managers a decent salary, and it shows in the quality of management brought in. We have had multiple managerial candidates terminated due to theft and other illegal activities. The general manager also doesn't know what they are doing.

It was a great job when I was in college. Flexible hours, good pay, and well balanced team. You could work your way up in leadership

Sometimes the hostess would sit us before we arrived and that became annoying.

I got an interview immediately with their online system for an immediate date and started work shortly after. -Starting pay at 19.62 isn't terrible for quick and easy employment -Corporate model is pretty streamlined. You're flipping burgers, building burgers, or throwing something in the fryer. Company has cards available to double check yourself on the line for anyone inexperienced

-Company ain't doing so hot right now. Look at the stock prices, they speak for themselves. The CEO has changed more than once in recent years. They tanked their managers pay, GMs and the like took a pretty big salary hit in the last few years. -No bussers. Average kitchen drama. Building and the equipment inside wasn't built to the highest of standards
