Pros
If anything, maybe free food from the canteen. Another pro was going home.
Cons
Awful recruitment process done on a pad and very short time with a tutor 'on the road'. Management could not care less about you which is evident from high staff turnover and dozens of other reviews. The vans are tracked and you get into trouble if you brake too sharply and do not drive to their exact standards.
Some of the routes are dangerous in my opinion when taking a heavy loaded van out, and the company only care about getting the delivery done. Some rural spots are impossible to find and you have to navigate narrow tracks and places you would not even take a car. Some customers were obnoxious and lazy though most were nice. It is easy to get behind on deliveries if there are traffic issues or, as stated, the drop is hard to find. This caused me a lot of stress and tension, which is not worth the wage they offer.
I retired from a long career in the emergency services straight into this job and lasted 5 weeks, I am surprised I lasted that long. Never again.
