      Fun company culture, competitive salary, a lot of career advancement opportunities, strong inbound lead flow, attainable quotas and a strong level of investment from management in tools to help with job success.

      Cons

      Sometimes direction from global doesn't take into account market differences for individual geos that can lead to misalignment in priorities, org is scaling fast though so there is increasing investment in geo specific leadership initiatives.

      Team Building & Leadership: ServiceNow has delivered exactly what was advertised—I’ve been able to build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up. Watching ESAs progress, hit big wins, and grow toward AE roles has been a career highlight. Enablement & Training: The enablement is world-class. From structured training programs to ongoing coaching, the resources here make it hard not to grow as both a leader and a seller. Talent & Culture: I get to work alongside some of the best in the business—smart, driven, collaborative colleagues across Sales, SEs, Partners, and leadership. The culture is competitive but supportive, with recognition for wins both big and small. Product & Market: ServiceNow’s platform is in demand, and the breadth of products (AI, ITSM, HAM/SAM, compliance, creator workflows, etc.) gives us a ton of opportunity in every account. Selling here feels like being on the front edge of innovation. Career Path: Clear progression opportunities exist, whether you want to move up in leadership or into larger enterprise roles. The company invests in your trajectory if you put in the work.

      Albeit small: Systems and processes (CRM tagging, compliance rules, deal splits, etc.) can be complex and occasionally frustrating to get Deals pushed internally across the finish line and run Prospecting programsYou would expect this at a large organization though

      Working at ServiceNow has been a truly positive experience. The culture is supportive and collaborative, with leadership that genuinely listens and encourages people to grow. I’ve always felt valued as part of the team, and there’s a strong sense of purpose in the work we do. Flexibility is another big plus - being able to balance professional and personal life makes a huge difference. The internal learning platform is excellent, offering plenty of opportunities to build new skills and continue growing in your career.       Mission & Impact: Truly feel like I'm part of something bigger than just a job. The company's vision for making the world of work better is compelling, and you see the real-world impact every day. Growth & Momentum: ServiceNow is an absolute rocket ship. The company is constantly growing and evolving, which translates into huge opportunities for career development and learning. It feels exciting to be at a place with so much upward trajectory. Platform Excellence: The ServiceNow platform itself is outstanding. It’s innovative, powerful, and a great product to stand behind. It makes the day-to-day work engaging. Culture & People: The culture and people are amazing. It's a supportive, collaborative, and genuinely kind environment. I've been able to connect with brilliant colleagues who are all rowing in the same direction.

      Pace of Change (Common in Big Tech): The only real "con," and it's common in a hyper-growth tech company, is the sheer amount of change. Whether it's organizational shifts, new product launches, or process updates, the pace can sometimes feel relentless. It requires constant adaptation, which can be challenging at times.

      Execs truly care about employees and bolstering our culture. Wellbeing is prioritized all around, plenty of opportunities to grown and learn, and great perks and benefits.

      As a rapidly growing company, naturally, you'll see a good amount of change. From what I've seen though, leaders are great about pivoting to the needs of the business.
