Fellow servers are so easy to get along with and extremely likable, even if youâre a bit of a shy person. Also⊠the food doesnât get old. Always yummy for when you want to use your employee discount.
Cons
Very well known to servers that many tables either donât tip, or tip very little. During the busy season, you make quite a bit ($200 average per night) in tips, but itâs because you work so insanely hard since it is so insanely busy. Hard work, good pay, but there are many nights that itâs notâŠ
