there's no work life balance, the login is fixed but no logout time, for client calls people have to work till 9/10 on a regular basis and the seniors are toxic as well like they arent supportive at all..also a very rigid culture about WFH policy like cmon dude its 2026 and they have such a strict WFO policy that u cant be a 10days away from Pune office even if you are working remotely and have to cover the days lot of cons..I left it as it was getting to heavy to carry
