      Pros

Kind colleagues, good management with sensible vision. They have been on the market for decades and have strong position.

      Cons

Hard to say any cons. Perhaps their system a bit complicated.

      Current employee

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great people, good environment, good pay

      Cons

Complex industry which takes a while to pick up

Go to Work Get Paid Repeat

      Business support analyst
      Current employee
      Peterborough, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

It's a good place to work if your passions do not surpass your job role. If you want to make a name for yourself and a career then this place is not for you. Has good ISH benefits and people are nice you can easily do bare minimum and be fine. Going above and beyond is not rewarded so don't bother, it's a good place to coast along and be happy

      Cons

Pay and review is not structured well, if you are a hard worker and go above and beyond your pay is still a standard rate as the person who has done the bare minimum all year. There's no push for progression and no courses on offer to better yourself. It has some really good people working here, it's just the company does not invest in people what's so ever! Or encourage people to enhance themselves which is such a shame.

      Supportive environment

      Pyroll specialist
      Current employee
      Eranakulam
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Awesome work environment with supportive colleagues

      Cons

Rigid growth opportunities from a particular level

      Experience is not valued

      Customer support
      Current employee
      Bristol, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great benefits, great people and some great managers (those that have managed to escape the cull)

      Cons

They want you to be experienced but as soon as you are, they are shipping your job to India as its cheaper. No thought to customer satisfaction. Call centre managers that think application support can be delivered from a script. Software that is never finished, difficult to support and lots of defects. Only interested in the next fashion.

      OK

      Project manager
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Some great team members with lots of knowledge and a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

Low pay and a constant drive for cost savings.

      1

Great employer, still needs to work on culture

      Director
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great salary for experienced staff Strong focus to meet client needs Better procedures They don't make people redundant often Some strong leaders

      Cons

Private equity backed, so money is always tight for projects An aging staff, it's not uncommon for staff members to be there for 10-20+ years - that has meant people tend to be stuck in their ways Needs to work on culture of the organisation to modernise

      Hr manager
      Current employee
      Peterborough, England
      Recommend

      Pros

Nice place and people, enjoyed my time there

      Cons

None - no improvements enjoyed working there

      Good place to work

      Anonymous employee
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great people Ambitious business making innovative software Good progression opportunities Friendly supportive culture

      Cons

      Nothing specific to be honest

      Organised chaos

      Application consultant
      Current employee
      Peterborough, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Really skilled and friendly colleagues. Work life balance is good

      Cons

Lots of bugs and IT issues Focus on fancy buttons and jazzy ideas rather than going back to basics with a core product that works Senior management are focused on sales rather than having a good product to sell or happy customers. Benefits package is poor with no incentives to work hard, no bonus, poor pay increases and very much a ‘if your face fits’ culture.
