So they send you the questionarrie asking about the basic stuff which I answered within a day. I had to contact the HR again to check if there is any update. Then she sends another questionarrie for which I researched and answered in detail. No reply again for more than a week. I contacted her again after which she called me saying that the concerned profile is not available in the city for where I applied.I agreed for the same position in another city to whihc she said that she will connect me someone from senior management but the next day she sends the mail that I was not selected without any reason.

Interview
The process includes 2 or 3 rounds with HR, city head and zonal head One is questioned about P&L and situation handling P&l is very important and past coworking experience is preferred
The total experience is so horrible, Immediately once you apply on their portal, you would a auto-generated mail with a set of general HR questions and on answering those they would provide you a Mini Project to make a financial of a Hub.
Post completion of the project, there would be a Telephonic interview. The Interviewer which called me was least interested in listening and was talking to someone else in between. The questions were repetitive and there was nothing which was asked from the project. There was neither any feedback given from the project which is not appreciated as a candidates spends around 4-5 hours researching and completing a project
Post that there would be 5 more rounds basically on the same HR questions
