Be prepared to use the STAR method and answer at least 3 behavioral-based questions perfectly. I had a total of 2 interviews; both conducted via Microsoft Teams. The first one went well. The interviewer was nice and inviting. The second interviewer...not so much. She was unpleasant, and I got the impression that she didn't even want to be on the call. Her attitude was so nasty that I was almost certain I was her last choice. My suspicions were correct. I didn't receive an offer. In this case, that was the best outcome. I'd never want to work for someone so frigid.
