I applied online and had a great conversation with the recruiter. She saw the potential and they invite me for on site for a face to face interview. I took the time and went to the interview. The interview went ok. The recruiter was suppose to comeback to me 2 weeks after and never did.... well she did call back to ask me few questions to say again that she will call me back which she never did. I am a recruiter myself and i understand how busy we can be sometimes ...but i also know how important to give a great candidate experience and give a proper follow up it is part of giving a great candidate experience. This is more accurate when the person took the time to come at the office (gaz,traffic, times, etc) and more when you say you will do the follow up and more when you recruiting a valuable recruiter. Thanks but no thanks.
