Interview
Really interesting 1st stage. Video interviews are a different but interactive introduction and sums up the company really well. The only thing I would improve is having the option to use an earlier video... If you have 3 opportunities and your 1st is the best, it's such a shame but it's the risk you take. It's a great way to encourage confidence in yourself. Really enjoyed it and I was offered a second interview!

Tell me about yourself. What do you know about the company. Name a time you had to implement an electrical procedure. Name a time you disagreed with a manager and what the outcome was. How do you keep up with industry best practise.
