The hiring process was simple, the interview process was simple as well. They will use two managers to interview you and the first will ask you all of the nuts and bolts questions and the next manager will ask you questions about your own personal experience and how you would react in certain situations. However, the recruiter and managers are not on the same page. Because the information the recruiter tells you isn't realistic to what the job may actually entail and vice versa. Just be careful and ask plenty of questions to be comfortable with this company.

Slick and easy. I was asked to upload my CV then in voted for an interview. Follow up questions were asked and then a simple background check was done post offer subject to checks. The whole process took two weeks and I started the following week

I was asked about any previous roles and how they aligned to the job description.
Responded quickly was a group interview, went over training process and potential bonuses, shifts that were available, potential overtime, everybody was friendly and well knowledgeable, Office had no windows, I suspected high turnover

It's an easygoing process. I was able to set a phone interview for the next day after my initial application response and it went well. The process was very low pressure.
