The one down side is you have to get your background check done in Illinois only and it was about a 1 hour drive round trip for me.

first step is putting application via online. Once selected you will have a phone call from manger and he/she will speak with you for 5-10 min. After the phone call you will do a Video interview with the manager. you should know if you get the job within a couple of days.
