I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AIM Consulting Group, LLC (Denver, CO) in Dec 2014
Interview
Got a brief phone interview then a face to face interview.
The recruiter said he would call me back on the next week, never got any call from the guy.
Very unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Actuelly it was a pretty weird interview.
I prepared my presentation with all the key info, the recruiter was not even interested in my profile.
I had to ask him if I could present myself in a more proper way.
Didn't seem interested at all and just talked about the job opportunities he had for me.

Interview
The talent managers at AIM are fantastic. Pre-COVID, they liked having in-person meetings. My manager was excellent, provided me with many opportunities to explore, and helped facilitate the interview process. After that, I had an interview with a Fortune 100 company and landed a contract!

Question 1
If we extend an offer to you, will you immediately accept?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AIM Consulting Group, LLC (Bellevue, WA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Recruiter approached me with positions at a well-known software firm. After I passed their phone screen and agreed to come for an interview, the recruiter switched his story, saying that they had a different role/client that I'd be better for and that I could interview for that instead. I asked if the rates were the same as we initially discussed, he said they were.
The schedule was two interviews at AIM's office, followed by lunch and then an interview with the client's team at their HQ. I was kept waiting 15 minutes before the first interview with no explanation. The office was disorganized and I seemed to be interviewing with whoever they could find who had an hour free.
The following day the recruiter called me and made an offer at a significantly lower rate than initially agreed-upon. I declined. Bait-and-switch recruiting tactics from start to finish. Complete waste of my time.
Recruiter also stiffed me on cab fare. Went non-respondent to followup emails after he agreed to cover my incidental interviewing costs.
Simple process; submit qualifications via email then scheduled a phone interview with company and clients; there was not a lot to doing the interview and it was relatively straight-forward and as expected for the position.
