Interview
Five rounds of interview in total. The first round is a math test which is just basic calculation, but you can't use calculators or pens. The second round is personality test. The third round is online interview. Four questions in total, but three of them are math and statistic questions. I decided not to continue after the online interview 'cause I just can't understand why a company uses personality and maths tests to measure the quality of candidates.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
