Interview
1st round is online math test, 7min math, pretty easy, I completed ~70 problems, 15min sequence problems, I reached ~20, skipped a couple, passed 1st round
2nd round is online personality test, failed it, don't understand why, I took a test at 16Personalities website, got a result of ENTL, a little confused what kind of personality they're looking for

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
