This is the first round interview. The interviewer had zero interaction with the interviewee. There is no feedback on whether my answers are correct or not. Very negative experience. I do not understand how they are judge a candidate using a few questions.

Super slow for rejection letter. Not sure why they ghosted they wouldn’t even bother to follow up to show some professionalism I heard they also rescind many new grad offers in 2023. Very unprofessional and selfish
Coding Assessment, Hirevue assessment, Technical Round . Got Rejected after this. The Questions were easy - 1) Remove Duplicates in a String, 2) Object Oriented Design of get_max, get_mean, get_mode in O(1)
I got round 1 oa which is a Hacker Rank Coding Test. 60mins, 3 questions. They are tough but pretty straightforward. Although I finished 2 of them, as a result, I failed.
