The Interview Process is quite easy. They contact most of the people on Linkedin and ask for a phone interview. In the phone interview they do not even ask questions, they speak uniterruptly for 30mins and eventually invite you to do the on-site interview.
My on-site interview was composed by 3 interviews: 1 from a Alten manager and 2 by 2 Amadeus manager. Interview pretty easy, just questions about your previous work experiences and university projects.
There I met some current employeers who firmly suggested me not to accept the job, they said that it doesn't worth, tha salary il low, you don't have space for growth.
Furthermore is really difficult to get the refund for the travelling expenses to do the on-site interview. They told me that in 2 weeks I'd have received the money. It took almost 4 months, dozens of emails, and I got just half of the full amount.
From my experience, they're really unprofessional and dishonest.
Do not go there to make an interview.
