There were total of 5 technical rounds and one HR round
This is for .net, C# and candidate shud be open to learn new technologies like python and other stuff.
Round 1:
On Code Signal platform there was coding round on Data structures related to binarytrees and LYNQ
Round2:
based on AQR wiki problem solving and design solution discussion with vice president
Round 3:
Techncial Architectural discussions with AVP on how the existing applications where i am working is discussed and few scenario based questions it is mixed of technical and managerial rounds
Round 4:
With associte director again discussion on generic application frameworks and basic coding concepts
Round 5:
With Managing director there was so many scenario based questions which are related to techical again and some open questions to test psychology of working
Round 6: HR
as susual basic questions why do you want to change and stuff like that
But finally there was no update till yesterday and i am surprised that offer is not released even after HR discussion, The process is very slow i would say and the expectations are more i understand but why do you ask candidate to take HR round if you feel he is not upto your standards yuo should tell him upfront and i see some lack of transperancy something went wrong for my interview so i wanted to share this.
