The interview consisted on a brief phone screening and a group interview on site. The phone screening was ok. The in site group interview was anything I did before as they put the candidates in front of each other. The first interview on site were with 2 more applicants. I felt they learned from me and I didn't learn anything NO feedback and communication of being discarded.
