      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ASOS (London, England) in Feb 2020

      Interview

After initially being rejected in January, I was contacted early February about coming in for an interview. For the interview, I was asked to create a short presentations r.e. trends, influencers, social media tactics for an ss20 campaign. I was told exactly how the interview would run etc through email. The interview itself was 45 minutes - I was interviewed by two PR assistants. The first part was a 10 minute presentation, followed by some questions about the presentation and then a 30 minute chat about what I knew about the role, some competency questions and some questions about me. It took two weeks to hear back from the interview which was done through email and then phone call.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at ASOS (London, England) in Feb 2018

      Interview

It was a video interview and then an assessment centre which included a group activity, individual presentation and then an interview. I had to wait 3 months after submitting my video interview to hear back to see whether I would be invited to an assessment centre which was quite frustrating.
