Applied online then had an email to set up an initial call with HR. Then sent a project to complete and present in-person to head of buying and manager I would report to. This was an in person interview.

Positive experience - there were 2 rounds, first one was an interview with future manager and the second was with the head of department. First interview was more situational questions, and second was more topline, why would I be a good fit for the company sort of questions.
