ASPCA interview questions in New York

The interview process took about 3-4 months (from submission of application to job offer and background check clearance). There were 5 rounds of interviews: 1) phone screening with HR, 2) 1-1 interview with the hiring manager/director, 3) Small group panel interview with other managers/supervisors, 4) in-person skills assessment, and 5) interview with the Vice President. The interviewers were very communicative, organized, patient, welcoming, and knowledgeable. My understanding is that the position was very competitive and the type of work involves sensitive cases, so their due diligence when selecting final candidates is necessary.
