The Human Resources schedules for the first interview with associate(s) or reporting manager(s) of the team you are joining. I believe there are one or two more interviews after this initial one. In the interview, they will ask you questions and you will have the chance to ask questions too.

Eerst je cv opsturen, indien je geaccepteerd wordt, gaan ze je een invite sturen met online sollicitatievragen (via video). Als je wordt geaccepteerd, kan je naar een internship fair gaan om jezelf te introduceren aan de manager(s) van je gewenste departement.
