Phone interview either HR, then on-site interview with the direct manager and at last interview with the department director. Process is smooth and fast. After all interview, also have written test for related tasks.

Agent arranged interview. It is a face to face interview for near 30mins. Interview with the direct manager at first round. Interviewer is nice and conduct very efficient talk. No language test.
