Well organized by HR, interviewed with five people total. Good questions from individual interviews, but balanced with actual discussion too and time allowed for you to ask questions. Felt very authentic and not intimidating at all.

Interview
I cannot get an interview despite having a background that matches/exceeds requirements. It appears the company does not open itself to many candidates outside their industry. I applied multiple times to multiple roles and never received a reply.
Went through 4 rounds of interviews before they went with someone else. And it took about 5 weeks from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process. Each interview decision took about a week to week and a half.

The interview process was very smooth - an initial conversation with the in-house recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After this, there was a (virtual) panel interview.
