The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with HR followed by two rounds of interviews with team members. The first round focused on behavioral questions and understanding my background, while the second round was more technical and role-specific. Interviewers asked about past experiences, problem-solving situations, and my interest in the company. The process was structured but conversational, and overall the team was professional and welcoming.

first phone call, then a panel interview was there. Told me they will reach in a week or two but they ghosted me eventually. Also, HR was pretty slow in responding

The interviewers were very nice and they asked only two general questions. They talked a lot about the program and the position and generally about the initiative of studying NTDs.
