Straight forward, meet manager, team and give a presentation. Have seen it done with partial in person and phone/teams, but overall not a difficult process, and would suggest it not deter anyone from applying

Questions about experience, interest in the therapeutic area, ability to travel .
One 30 minute screening interview with HR, one 30 minute screening call with the hiring managers, one 1.5 hour panel interview with the hiring managers and then one 15 minute interview with HR post meeting.
Vorstellung beim HR, Kennenlernen Manager, Kennenlernen Team, Aufgabe -Vorstellen von Studiendaten, Rückmeldung, Gespräch mit HR. Insgesamt freundlich und strukturiert. Dauert jedoch mehrere Monate. Lange Wartezeiten auf Rückmeldung jedoch normal in der Branche.

Interview process was Smooth top to bottom and I was adequacy informed of everything throughout. Made to feel welcome and at home during the interview and it was a good process overall.
