During the HR interview, we delved into AbbVie's mission and vision, emphasizing commitment to constructive collaboration. We discussed my work permit status and inquired about any visa sponsorship needs. Additionally, he asked some behavioral questions aimed at understanding my compatibility with AbbVie's collaborative culture and my ability to contribute positively to mission.
Five panel interview on the firs round. Yikes! Met with stakeholders and senior analyst. Not one smile but not very intense neither. You could tell they were reading questions from a list. Everyone was very polite. Multiple round interview.
