I contacted the manager who set me up with an HR representative for temp employees. We coordinated a day to meet for my typing tests and personality test. I got drug screened before coming in at a local lab. I then went and met with the program coordinator and my to-be manager. I had worked for them before, at a different location so we spoke a bit about how I'd transition back. I was then interviewed by the program coordinator, someone I had not met before, and he asked traditional interview questions. Mostly pertaining to how I handle communications with customers. How to handle disgruntled customers, and what my strengths and weaknesses are. The interview ended after I did a few calculation tests to figure out a customers adjusted gross income and I was done!
