I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Abbott (Saint Paul, MN) in Dec 2025
Interview
Started with intro and couple of questions on project experience. Asked about OOPS. Recent project experience. Interviewer explained about the role and responsibilities. My interview was not more than 20 minutes.
The number of interview rounds varies depending on a candidate’s expertise, prior experience, and the complexity of the role. Generally, it ranges from three to four rounds, each designed to assess different aspects such as technical skills, problem-solving ability, resume details, and behavioral fit. Some candidates may experience additional rounds if deeper evaluation is needed, while others may complete the process more quickly. Overall, the structure is flexible, aiming to fairly evaluate both knowledge and potential contribution to the team.
