I was interviewed by 5 people and they asked me questions specifically based on my resume. They also asked me a lot of behavioral questions like how I'd approach an engineering problem.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Abbott in Sept 2024
Interview
Asked a series of technical questions related to material properties and manufacturing principles. Also asked questions to test basic understanding of their devices. Was interviewed by a couple (4-6) engineers and managers and each took a turn asking technical questions.

Got call from recruiter, spoke with hiring manager for about 15 min interview, gotta offer letter next morning Standard interview but surprisingly short, asked about my projects I’ve worked on and pretty standard interview questions, challenges I’ve had etc
