Feedback and Concerns About Recent Interview Process
I want to share my recent experience with the interview process, which I found to be somewhat challenging, and to suggest potential improvements.
Initially, there was a scheduled phone screening with HR, but unfortunately, the HR lady did not call me as planned, and there was no apology regarding this . I reached out via email for clarification but no response, after one more follow-up email, received a response.
We then proceeded with the phone interview, where I was informed that I would receive an update within three days. However, this update was not provided. I followed up via email a week later and subsequently sent another email, but I have not received any response to date.
I understand that HR teams are often managing multiple responsibilities and candidates, and delays can happen. However, timely communication is crucial in maintaining a professional atmosphere and respecting the time and efforts of candidates. As HR is typically the first point of contact for potential employees, their approach significantly impacts the company's image.
I kindly suggest reviewing and possibly enhancing communication protocols within the HR team to ensure a more responsive and professional interaction with candidates. This improvement would not only benefit the applicants but also enhance the reputation of your organization.
