Abbott Sr. Manager, Operations interview questions

Interview with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, then onsite individually with 4 HR, Finance, VP, and account manager. Then virtual with Sr. Director. Overall interview questions were standard and not difficult. I did appreciate that they invested a lot of time and people to make sure it was the right fit, but for this process it took 8 weeks. Seems lengthy in my opinion and maybe highlights process improvements are needed. Tough when you are candidate holding on to hope and time waiting in between. No hard feelings, just hope this might help someone, knowing it may take some time so level your expectations.
