Achmea interview questions

The process started with a LinkedIn outreach from an HCLTech recruiter. After sharing my CV and details, I was invited to complete a coding challenge (via GitHub) and then a technical interview with the client (Achmea). The coding challenge setup was delayed — I received access only on a Friday with no realistic time to complete it before the originally scheduled Monday interview. The interview was rescheduled twice due to this. I completed the assignment and submitted a PR. The technical interview took place as scheduled. After that — complete silence for over two weeks, with no proactive updates despite a follow-up from my side. The rejection came with zero feedback on my performance or the coding task. The overall process lacked structure and communication. Candidates deserve timely updates and at least basic feedback after completing a technical assessment.
