I have been working at Achmea full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good secondary benefits. Good work/life balance. Working from home one day in the week is standard. Informal organization.

    Cons

A company that is the merged result from thousands companies and leads to quite some inefficiencies and corporate cannibalism. Quite myopic organization. Lot of external project managers; no clear business and performance targets. Commute is undoable from the Randstad (urban Holland).
