Interview
After submitting the application they contacted me for Technical Interview (~1.5 weeks) and after a week for an Online Interview with Project Officer and HR (offer within a week). The interview process was very comfortable and required average research on the organization's past projects.

Technical Interview:
They gave me 2 hours to complete the project report based on the project overview
Online Interview:
Around 40 minutes, mainly asked about PM things and future plans. No direct questions about the organization's past projects
The interview was a straightforward process and the interviewer was very friendly. They informed me within about one week that I didn't get the position. It was a positive experience overall.
HR: short (around 30 mins) - no video - very friendly and polite - in English but option for French - two interviewers
Second interview: HR + grant management + pd officer: very forthcoming and polite - more detailed questions
