4 stages: 1. Recruiter Screen 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Case Study/Role Play 4. CEO Interview. I made it to the 2nd round. Both rounds were standard getting to know you and sales experience questions. 2nd Round has more focus on assessing sales ability with some questions about memorable deals. Application did not progress to 3rd Round after being told I did not show the necessary "aggression" and "intensity" despite being very energetic and sharing stories of persistence and going above + beyond to close a sale. Their most successful sales reps are very, very aggressive on follow up to close so if I could do it over I would really emphasise experience and strategy for this.
