I was referred to Adecco from another person on a contract with them. I called a recruiter and emailed my resume to them, looking for a position in finance or accounting. A few days later I had a quick phone interview giving an overall description of the job, and we scheduled an interview date with the company that the contract was for. The interview with the contracted company was a 1:1 interivew, as well as a small panel interview.
