I cleared all the three interview rounds, one coding and two technical rounds. After that HR sent me a mail and called me as well that you are selected. I sent all the asked documents. And suddenly HR said that we are not able to get your approval from management and I will reach out again to them to get approval. 2-3 days passed and I got no call from the HR. Finally I called the HR as I needed the job and than HR said they are not giving approval, Please apply again for any openings after 6 months. How pathetic the interview process is just wasting the candidate's time and their hopes. I suggest not fall in the trap of these companies.

Totally lack of clear communication, unprofessional HR team as well.!!! Disappointing Experience with Follow-Up Expectations. I recently went through multiple rounds of technical interviews for a position, and after clearing those, the HR representative informed me that my profile would be reviewed by the director. I was told that I would receive an update within two days regarding the status of my application. However, when I followed up with the HR team for an update, I was informed that my profile had been dropped because I didn’t personally follow up more frequently.!! I was surprised by this response, as It felt like I was being expected to chase the opportunity, even though I had been told the next steps were dependent on the director's review.
