Interview
Easy to apply. Interview takes 3 hours: presentation by Aegis, group interview (5), typing test (more concerned about accuracy) and numeracy test (given calculators). For the group interview each person is asked questions for 20 mins so you have the chance to prepare your answers. After the test you will spend around 30 mins completing the police and credit checks. online. Make sure you inform your referees because they will be contacted on the day. The process is very fast.
The process was quite straightforward, involving an initial phone screening with a recruiter followed by one in-person interview with the hiring manager. The questions were mostly behavioral and easy to answer, focusing on past experiences using the STAR method. However, I was disappointed with the compensation offered; the salary was significantly lower than the industry average for this role, and there was little room for negotiation. This lack of a competitive offer was the main reason I decided not to move forward with the opportunity,
despite enjoying the seamless interview process.
The hiring process was organized. Just the typical or common interview questions. So make sure to practice and practice. You can let someone ask you the questions so you will get used to it.

for me i only gave the 1 round of interview after that i declined because i was looking for non voice and they offering me voice process thats why i declined.yeah that was the process
