Interview
I had a great interview with two of the Account Managers in the office as the Director was away at a client meeting. It was an informational interview, but they are also screening for personality, knowledge of the company and past experiences. The company culture is very down to earth and fun but also very competitive at the same time. They want to make sure that the person is able to deal with a high stress and fast paced environment.

What is a typical day consist of in your current job?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
