Interview
After applying there is a phone screen where the internal recruiter will attempt to match you with a direction based on extra curricular activities and interests. Once you are matched with a director you will go interview with two managers in that office, if you pass through them you will then go in to meet with the Director to get an offer.

Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
