Interview
Initial phone interview going through experience, and getting a brief job description. Invited to come in for face to face interview. This consisted of a lengthy behavioral interview in front of a panel of three people asking questions. A bit intimidating, and some questions seemed very tough to come up with when having to come up with answers about things with an explanation of the answer, what you did, and how it resulted. Received a letter in the mail about a month later that I did not receive the job.

Question 1
Name a problem with a co-worker in the past. How did you handle it, how was it resolved?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
