I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek in Apr 2015
Interview
"Phone interview" Consisted of a 12 minute phone call with the corporate recruiter from PA. I then met with the Director of Business Operations, who looked over my resume and asked questions based on that. He then said he wanted me to move on in the process, so about a week later I went in and shadowed 4 of the recruiters, and they showed me the different processes and systems they use everyday. After the shadow, I had a panel interview with 2 of the account managers, who again mainly just asked about my resume. I was anticipating a lot of behavioral based questions, I wasn't asked a single one.
I was interviewed by two women, very welcoming and nice. Very friendly staff and straightforward questions. Seemed to be a very youthful environment with high energy and always something to do.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2019
Interview
I was called by the recruiter who asked me some baseline questions, and then she scheduled me for a second interview for the team inside my department. They were all friendly and very engaging during the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aerotek (Ontario, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Mainly asked questions about what field they planned to put me in. Asked questions about if I would be willing to work with the company after graduation if they were to give me an offer. Most of the questions weren't too hard and the interview was more like a conversation.
